FAQ:

Question: What if the website fails, is shutdown, etc.?

If possible, we will refund your purchase. If we already used the money donated by you towards our cause, your money won't be returned. If you purchase an expensive pack your money will be used later on in development, so you are better off getting a refund for the Prince Founder Pack than the Hero Founder Pack.

Question: Can I get a refund?

Yes, refunds are allowed. Just contact me via PM with the account that bought the founders pack and I will refund ASAP. This includes accidental payments.

Question: I accidentally paid without including my username, can I get my money back?

Just send me an email at whissskeygaming@gmail.com with the email linked to the PayPal account you used to pay. Your money will be refunded, no questions asked.

Question: Can I get more than one founder pack?

It is not recommended and it will only disappoint you. If you buy one founder pack, that's good enough!

Question: Do all the founder packs have the same permissions/abilities?

No. The Hero Founder Pack has the least permissions/abilities and the Emperor Founder Pack has the most. The more expensive, the more abilities/permissions are unlocked in the founder pack.

Question: Do you gift founder packs?

Yes. We will only gift the regular founder pack (the one that cannot be bought) if we see you are an active forum member and very dedicated.

Question: When do I get my founder pack?

Payments are checked daily. Your founder pack will arrive around 12-24 hours after purchase.

Question: Founders are given some moderator powers on threads, what if they abuse their power?

We monitor everything very closely. We have security logs in the administration panel that will alert us if a founder is abusing their power. We will strip them from their founder pack and give a suspension to the account. No serious powers are given to founders and we trust that they are paying not only for the founders access, but to help out Animus Legion's growth.

Question: How long will founder packs be available?

We will permanently stop selling founder packs on March 16, 2017. We plan on having Animus Legion fully developed by then.
